MinebeaMitsumi's linear regulators (LDOs) features products that take advantage of the strengths of both CMOS and bipolar processes : they support output currents from 100 mA to 1.5 A and offer additional functions such as soft start, reverse current protection and auto discharge, as well as output current detection, temperature sensor output and other special functions are available. MinebeaMitsumi MM1856 is a 200mA low dropout regulator IC with ON/OFF control.
This IC can be used in standard home equipments for a maximum operating voltage of 14V.
Packages are small SOT-25A and SC-82ABB.
